Hello, i made this last weekend for the second time. (the first time was a fail!) but that does not deter me. it turned out better this time. delicious. i just have a quick question, the next day some white saturated fat formed beside the jam. is this normal?
Hi Rosana, thanks for trying the recipe! Glad it went better the second time. It did not separate for me, but if you used the coconut oil, it is "hard" when it is cold. That could be the reason.
I'm so glad to see your recipe I made someone else's recipe and it wound up burning I complain to them They literally told you to put the stuff on the stove for 2 hours 2 hours it was done in 40 minutes in my opinion unbelievable after an hour the thing burnt to smithereens!!!! 😢

How long can you keep this in the fridge?

It's because it contains cream, that's why you can't have it for a longer period of time.
What brand of coconut cream. This is very thick
