Enjoyed this one. You mentioned that the munchie head is better suited for this type of job where you're having to drive in and around trees and take down vines, but I much prefer watching you use this mulcher, which seems faster and able to cover larger swatches of area. The way you weave around the trees and reach up and pull down vines is a testament to your skill in driving/working the machine! Perhaps a pain for you, but it sure is satisfying to see!! This mulcher tearing up the brush, and especially the vines, to smithereens is just fun to watch. Turned out great! Love your content! 😊
Opening scene: everything looks so clean. For how hard you run your equipment, I have to say that you take care of it and do a LOT of maintenance. BTW ... fun to watch when you go full Beastmode!
Daven, I love that the Customer was really happy with all that you have done, and said, how it looks like you knew what you were doing:-) LOL. Viewing your videos, I think so to:-) Glad that after dropping us once you bropught us all in the cab to stay safe and see it all. thanks for saving us when you started on the mid section:-) your right, that was a biut close:-).Job well done, but then again always well done. God bless you Daven.
Davon you killed it,just cutting thru that mess doesn’t even intimidate that mulcher.total transformation I would like to see what it will look like after the pine trees are gone.customer should be very happy.impressive work as always.just keep doing your thing.👍👍👍😎😎😎
When you mention the large pines, it makes me marvel at how incredible it was that so many of those were spared during Hugo. Georgetown county was hammered during that hurricane and every Loblolly pine in our yard was pushed over during that storm.
This made for a nice transformation. No way to be done by hand. Perfect for munchie. I like these transformations with all the wisteria kudzu and vine..... Into the jungle we go. haha🙂
Spitfire 2 tripod 0. I haven't seen as much kudzu as I have wisteria down here in east r rn NC. They make for pretty color but like kudzu the vines are a mess. I would love to see a side by side video of Big Munchie and Spitfire in a competition. That would be something!
So my question then when it comes to you regularly sharpening the blades is does keeping them sharpened more regularly help you to reduce the amount of fuel you end up using for each job, and also the amount of time you end up having to spend on each job, as compared to not sharpening as regularly? If you continue with a more regular sharpening, have you been able to figure out as of yet the average saving to fuel, and your time as well, making for a larger income level over the year? Thanks brotha. Watching your videos helps take me back to when I was stationed at Ft. Bragg, and also in the Sanford, and Pittsboro region. I live over in Arizona now, so I dont get to see trees, and weeds as you work with with Munchie and Little Muchie. Your getting better and better every video I watch of you using the mulchers, and its always and enjoyable time watching you work, and commentate your thoughts during you work. Have a good one brotha.
Absolutely massive difference for the forest floor. When you see them huge vines & stuff drop from 12 foot up & see the sunlight flood onto the forest floor. The problem here in Europe is they grew massive Pine forests for decades & they are just dead zones, too dark for anything else to grow & the needles are so acidic nothing lives in the forest floor. They have started to plant native hardwood forests again thankfully & realised fast growing lumber doesn't make for healthy forests.
Do you ever enjoy running into a bad wasp nest above or below ground and enjoy destroying/removing them? Do they ever find their way into your cab? I hate accidentally running into a nest and getting attacked.
The more I watch it seems like a it would be beneficial to have two center pinching thumbs mounted at the top push bar to grab trees and vines. They could be kept folded back until needed to pinch something. Think of a claw
@IDigIt4, in reference to the "trifecta" and to quote Cousin Eddie from the movie Christmas Vacation: "that's the gift 🎁 that keeps giving the whole year."
Has anyone ever told you that it is difficult to understand you when you havee the camera inside with you. The noise from the machines muffle what you say, but it's still enjoyable just watching you

I agree, it looks so much better. I loved watching the vines coming down and opening up to let the sunshine in. Great job young man. See you later.

I like it when you make the video go fast forward , it's interesting...😮. 😅
As a surveyor we had to go in first before it's cleared.
What a transformation.

Good job and video Brother.
You do have a enclosed cab? Is it air conditioned?
Seems like the only problem with that mulcher is where you place your tripod. lol
LOL this is true!
A manual flip down door would make it perfect
