Great video, I was able to fix my Air3 myself that I initially thought would cost me a fortune with DJI. ❤ Edit: Please make sure to remove your SD card before you starting the disassembly. I think I fried my SD card in the process so I'll have to get a replacement for that.
Hi I recently crashed my drone and Thanks to your video I just replaced the gimbal damping bracket successfully but I still not get any image from the camera and gimbal wont move with controler. What could that be?
Definitely takes a lot of skill & patience to do that. I'm thinking about giving it a try with mine I just recently purchased on an auction app. I got an error message saying: Gimbal Error & Gimbal Stuck. I took a look at it & didn't see any debris. When I fire up the drone, the normal gimbal calibration it does.....it didn't even do that when it's suppose to. Hopefully it'll be something simple to repair
Hi, very good instruction video! One question: do you know were to buy the lower bracket of the Gimbal? It is the part having to kind of "noses" fixed at the Gimbal chassis.

You can replace this cable with the apartment cable from the Dji Air 2 compatible Flat Flex Gimbal Cable Dji Mavic Air 2 Drone Pf000726.01 - DJI PF002011.04 only changes one bend in the cable... but the fitting is the same...
There is a black piece that goes behind the housing assembly you are showing in 11:54 seconds in your video. I just cannot put that piece behind and screws those three screws. I have been at at it for almost 30 minutes now. Can I ignore that piece?
Hey, in the end you just put everything back together, do you need to calibrate the gimbal at all or when is that really needed to do? Background: Ive crashed and it seems fine, just the gimbal is a bit offset in my opinion and the horizon is not level when accelerating. I presume some pieces of the gimbal are broke and I'd like to open it up and check - However, it is flying now more or less, I wouldnt wanna have a gimbal error after reassembling and am wondering if it would at least work the same way as before if i assemble it properly. Would appreciate any help here :) Also if anyone else knows the answer.

It would have been nice if you would have said to remove the micro SD card first before removing the bottom panel. Now my sd card slot wont work at all, the Micro SD card wont stay in the slot and it wont record and says it has to go to internal memory. Bro wtf my drone is destroyed. Wtf do I do now?????

replace the cables that lead to the camera and the gimbal.
Skipped some of the super tricky parts, or just made it seem easy. Damn, this took me like 2 hrs.

Yes, mine had it too. I thought it was a silica gel ball that was stuck in there at first but was able to wriggle it out with some force.
