Hey y'all, it is Lynn from the second story!
I cant believe Coash actually read my story. Ive been a fan for years!
I didnt update the post so I'll update here. I went back on that monday and had a breakdown when i got home. My psychiatrist gave me a note to take two weeks off. Tomorrow I'm calling hr and quitting because i cant force myself to go back there.
I am also gonna talk to a lawyer tomorrow (or later this week).
In positive news my boyfriend and i moved into our dream house and I've been keeping myself busy organizing and decorating.
Thank you all for the support! Love ya!
good for you, i hope something can be done because that was abuse. cops are allowed to fight back but nurses cant do anything to defend themselves :(. love and prayers ❤️
so glad you’re standing your ground! i really hope you can get some justice, and im so happy for you and your boyfriend!!
So sorry this happened to you and that your employer didn't do anything to protect you. I hope something can be done. And congrats on the move!
I was shocked just by the title but hearing the story I was in shock. It’s good you are taking care of yourself and I’m happy for you and your boyfriend
SO SORRY U WENT THROUGH THIS!!!! Hopefully u can physically and mentally heal
I have two developmental disabilities and while I know not everyone with developmental disabilities can understand if they're doing harm to others, I fully believe that if Lynn in story two, said that the client that attacked her knew they weren't supposed to hurt others, but did so out of enjoyment, that it's likely true that the client was hurting others on purpose. It drives me crazy how some people with developmental disabilities can commit literal crimes (and be fully aware they're doing so, and know that it's BAD), but not face repercussions because they have a developmental disability
Please remember, for the last story, you DO NOT have to be nice to anyone putting you in an uncomfortable situation. Loudly tell them to leave you alone. Seek out a police officer or security guard. Be rude af. No one has the right to make you so uncomfortable you feel you have to hide from them. Just a mama’s word of advice.
Also, Courtney I love your hair like this. The Halloween runner behind you is adorable! Please keep the stories coming!🎃👻🎃
I was bitten by a client at work, a few years ago, and honestly it was the worst pain I've ever felt. I have fibromyalgia and my periods are so awful that I have to use a crutch to get around when I'm on, but remembering that pain still gives me the chills. And I got lucky - it was through a hoodie, a coat and a long-sleeved shirt, so it never broke the skin. I ended up with a severe crush injury and an area of the tissue went necrotic, it took months for the bruising to resolve. Eight years of physio later and you can still feel the mouth-shaped hole when you feel my bicep. Hope that storyteller had a supportive workplace and they're doing ok now.
As a fellow person with fibromyalgia I understand. Its rough and pain seems to be increased by 10. Hope you're doing a little better ❤
Second story I would have sued
Unfortunately it’s a common occurrence. Especially with RBT positions. Workers get bit, punched, kicked, etc. it’s all part of the job.
@@AmoreMiui’m an RBT and this is very true. just part of the job… can’t do much about it

To a point. The Company is liable for dangerous conduct, and if the client knows what he’s doing and it’s intentional, knowing right from wrong, that’s totally different than someone who’s on the severe level on the Autism Spectrum. The outcome might be the same, but if one did it out of enjoyment, knowing right from wrong, versus a condition which various stimuli seriously triggers someone, the former is culpable, and that person needs more restrictive placement.
right as i refreshed! ive been binging all morning while i draw
I love listening to these stories. It makes me thankful that I spend so much time alone.
oh my GOD little Courtney you are SO CUTE!!! if you do another haunted dolls stories I will watch it 5 times
Eww
I had a client literally rip the industrial sink in the cafeteria out of the wall at his day program. I hope they are able to heal from this trauma.
We been over the a million times Courtney, No rambles is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I work in the same field as The story of the person who works with mentally disabled adults. It’s a brutal field to be in I have about 4 individuals in my class that go crazy on a daily basis I have scars from and many of my coworkers too they stories we could tell on our place is a documentary but I love them all and someone has to do the job 💪💕
Damn there’s some crazy people out there I went on a walk yesterday and a family member told me I should bring pepper spray and/or a knife on my walk my cousin got grabbed
New subscriber here as well
ayoo spooky story time!
The second story, i have special needs and some people with special needs are scary how agressive they can be and how annoying it is that is just excused as them being "special needs" like no he clearly has extremely mental health issues and needs to be intuitionlized
The Company can absolutely be legally liable, too, in any situation; however, if the client knows right from wrong and does it for a reaction, the client has self control. There’s a line with using the DD defense.
The Company, and potentially the client, could be in serious trouble.
…especially when the Company is aware after several documentations. It’s a similar situation I was in. It pissed me off.
i was just watching the last video you posted
Your products are so cute ❤ I'm super impressed 😁
YOURE THE BEST I LOVE U GIRL !! 🩷
That pincher reminds me of a kid at summer camp- many years ago I taught swimming to a kid who pinched and did other things like smear poop in the bathroom. We all thought he would end up being in jail some day. What are the chances this could be him? 😮😂
I love your videos ❤
For the second story I feel like if they knew how that man was like they should have had someone there 24/7 whenever he was present to prevent that kind of thing from happening because even if they did not think something like that would happen they should be prepared just in case. However, this is just my take on the situation.
About pinchy, he should be wearing mittens
Love your videos ❤️
How are you charging that much... insane
