Please, apart from projecting as lower third on vmix, can you also project as lower third on the main screen just as it is on vmix

You will just have to select your projection tv as a fullscreen display in the vmix fullscreen setting so that your vmix program output will be projected on the tv screens just like you do in any other presentation software.

Yes, you can.

What if your OBS is on another laptop? How do you send both the video and Easyworship lyrics to the laptop? Do you need two capture cards?

Capture cards will be that simple but must be of different brands with different driver names. Video capture cards with the same driver can not be used in multiple imstance in computing.
Depending on the easyworship version you are using, you can project through NDI over the same ip network, meaning that obs laptop should be connected to the same network easyworship laptop is connected to within the same ip range.

You can buy any docking station brand of your choice since they perform the same function either dell, hp, lenono, toshiba, or Other known brand.
