Do you think you could do a video that shows different ways to style fine/thin natural hair for work in the future? While there are many videos on RUclips that cover this...there are some styles that just aren't suitable for those with fine/thin strands and I personally prefer to style my hair without using additional hair to achieve a look.

Yes I trimmed afterwards. Its always a good idea to trim after straightening your hair. Its gives you a clear insight of where to trim. :)

No... i only flatiron once a year (sometimes).
