    Thank for the fruitful refinance lesson. Now I know how to use another name to maximise the loan to 90% even it's urs 3rd or 10th properties. And the cash out refinance is calculated by 10 years DSR was untold by a lot of guru out there. Keep it up! Will support all Reena Series!

    the buy now pay later or zero interest installment actually is a cost to the sellers which they will factor in into their selling price. I would think the recent stubbornly high inflation is a result of these new interest-free products offered to the market. Anyway, thank you for the great refinance lesson.

    Is refinance number of years loan still the same? Or if current bank left 25 years, the new bank will refinance for me 25 years only?

    Is 4.6% for 260K outstanding loan too high, thinking to refinance also, i look stupid if not refinance until like 3.9% or 4%

      Well it depends on your intention of refinancing. Like mentioned in the video, is it just to get better rates? Or to top up on the loan and etc. But 4.6% is quite high lah…

    Don't mean to be so keh poh...... just like to share that for words like 'doubt' or 'debt', the letter 'b' is silent. So, 'doubt' is pronounced as 'dout' and 'debt' is pronounced as 'det'. Ang moh words are very confusing. Many words starting with the letter 'c' are pronounced as 'k'. Lagi teruk.

      Yes, both host & guest shld pronounce the word 'debt' as 'det' - and NOT 'deb'!!

      Whilst I truly appreciate both Sean’s and Rena’s contributions, I do agree and especially also on the pronunciation of the word ‘equity’. 😅

      ​@@PSLXYes, 'equity' shld be pronounced as 'ek.wi.ti' (not 'ee.kwi.ti').
      The word 'industry' is also commonly mispronounced, shld be ˈɪn.dəs.tri' (not 'in.dʌst.tri').
