hi woody, tell me do you do concerts or do you do that for your pleasure? and if yes do you have dates for the concert. a big big up, and long live rock n roll my friend
You really can't go wrong with either Lillingtons or TBR. I cannot name one single weak song! The only reason I haven't covered their whole oeuvre is because some lead parts are out of my league.
@@woodyamsterdam Exactly! Solos are all over the upper half of the spectrum. I hate it when the kickdrum is in the bass guitar range. Older Misfits songs often have this problem (among other studio related flaws 😁).
Stay tuned for more covers?
Yup. Because of the Corona crisis I've created quite a backlog of videos.
@@woodyamsterdam Woody, did you predict this?
@@Harp_and_Guitar_Moving_Forward When it started here at the end of February I knew that something bad was coming our way...
One of my favorite Lillingtons tracks! This is a lovely cover, Woody!
Many thanks!
😀-awesome thank you woodyamsterdam for posting a lillingtons song for me.
My pleasure!
Spooky! Rose xxx
Hahaha! I only found out the effect during editing.

Only as a hobby now. I've played in 2 bands for 6 years during the late seventies until the early eighties.
Do you wear any Levi’s jeans in particular or a leather biker Greaser jacket ??
Hahaha! Not anymore since 1983. Well, the jeans stayed albeit not Levis.
i'm headless guitar cover too...hahhahaa...
this is my 1st lillingtons song i watch on youtube....
Now that you say so lol!
Thanks for covering this song from my friends, headless lead guitar player. 👍😂😂😂

@@woodyamsterdam I did 42 covers of The Lillingtons and 48 of TBR. Most bass lines are rather simple. They also allow for variation.
@@ThunderBassistJay Yup. That's the problem with guitar solos. You can't EQ them out so you really have to copy them note by note.

I think your house might be haunted lol
Hmmm... sometimes the light above the dining table starts flickering without reason :D
