Can I just add Bubble Gum Syrup into my vodka bottle and mix the two together have bubblegum vodka.

That could very well work. It would have pretty much the same function. You get the sweetness, colour, and taste.
Though why add syrup to a spirit when you csn just make a cocktail with them.
2 oz/60 ml vodka
1 oz/30 ml lemon (or lime)
⅔ oz/22.5 ml bubble gum syrup
Optional: add an egg white

that looks so good, but I can't have eggs.
Take out the egg whites. You could do 2 oz of your bubblegum vodka, 1 oz of your sour which I would say lemon works best and 0.75 oz of simple syrup. Done.
