If I did this challenge I would go a whole other route:
1. Red Lunch: (Italian Style)
- Beet colored homemade Tagliatelle Pasta w/a bolognese sauce. Or I would get a deep dish pizza. A strawberry kombucha & an apple for a snack.
2. Black Lunch (American Style)
- A hamburger with an activated charcoal bun with dark purple sweet potato fries. Or I would get squid ink pasta. Black flavored tea & some blackberries for a snack.
3. Pink Lunch
- Beet Pasta or Tuna Nigiri with a pink cabbage rice. A guava probiotic refresher & a pink pineapple for a snack.
4. Purple Lunch (Brazilian Style)
- Acai Bowl with Sweet Potato granola or a purple cabbage salad with balsamic vinegar or a purple goddess dressing. A Lavender Kombucha & some candy purple grapes for a snack. (ube ice cream for dessert)
5. Green Lunch
- Spinach Herb Tortilla Avocado Pesto Chicken Salad Wrap. A Green Juice or an Iced Matcha Latte with seasoned broccoli for a snack.
6. Yellow Lunch (Mexican Style)
- Chicken Quesadilla with yellow bell peppers & carmelized onions with a side of Mexican Street Corn. A Pineapple Kombucha & a banana for a snack.
7. Blue Lunch
- Vanilla Blue Sky bowl with blue granola, blueberries with a side of blue pea flower rice. Blue Lemonade & some milk chocolate covered blueberries for dessert.
8. White Lunch (Asian Style)
- Chicken Steamed Bao Buns with crab sushi & chicken potstickers with a side of pan fried garlic tofu. For a drink I would get a Lychee Calpico & a snowflake mooncake & vanilla mochi for dessert.
9. Gray Dinner
- Clam Chowder in German dark Rye Bread. Seed Crackers with black bean hummus. Horchata for a drink & Chinese black sesame cookies for dessert.
10. Orange Dinner
- Creamy Pomodoro Gnocchi Pasta with an orange lentil soup. Peach kombucha & Mango sorbet for dessert.
11. Aqua Dinner
- Blue Spirulina Smoothie bowl with a Blue Agave Cactus Tea and an aqua frosted dessert such as a cake pop.
12. Magenta Dinner
- Pitaya Bowl with beet granola & frozen slices of blood orange & bits of pomegranite & raspberries & a magenta root salad. A Hibiscus Tamarind Iced Tea & a Cactus Fruit sorbet with Watermelon Licorice for dessert.
