I stopped exercising for one month. I was a moderate person when cane to training and very fit. But now getting back to exercise is so difficult i am starting with this one again.it’s like from the scratch but loved having started again
Perfect way to keep my shower time down. Now I incorporate cold therapy. When it says “6 minutes gone” I gradually turn off the hot water, then for the last 3 minutes it’s dance time under the cold shower.
This is round two with this video..... I did two other ten minute videos with music in between these two. You would not believe the small space I have to work out in....it's a small narrow spot by my bed....... at the one end is an small open area leading to my bedroom door to the stairway the first floor. I have several family members living with me....... I respect their needs but will not give up my working out...... I'm still stepping out/ step walking. This time I have added fast run/jog in the mix....... not much but about five minutes..... I want to Increase the run/jog time. I need to up it and burn more calories....... still trying to loose the weight that's been a huge struggle for me..... working on my eating habits to loose weight I either I don't eat enough or I eat the wrong things.....This has been a problem for me for years.since I've been a teen...... I will get there with these videos.....the journey will be long but worth...... it each and every step of the way. Thanks for these videos......there great!!!!! Had awesome workout, tomorrow's will be even better.......
its really fun i get two 10 minute breaks during school and i like to close my eyes and listen to music but sometimes i go 10-20 minutes and i dont mean to. i mean doesn't everyone like music what are the names of the music in here i love it i will add it to offline videos and listen to it on the way home from my travel.
tysm! I'm in 5th grade and get made fun of. I spend 10 minutes lifting up 2-3 very heavy books. My arms had a burning sensation and i wanted to give up so bad! I didn't let my self down and kept going (the music helped). I hope i stop getting made fun of. I get called fat so i'm lowering my eating portions and doing this workout everyday.
