I've only had the app for a couple of hours and I'm incredibly amazed of the power of this tool! Wow! Oliver - quick question. When you're scheduling. Let's say you have 15 pinns created, and you select 15 different boards. Would each pin be created on each of the boards, meaning 15 new pins per board? How can I have just one new pin on each board selected? Thank you!
Looks great, now I just need to be able to pull in data from custom fields on the page that relate to each image. This would help with image credits or other metadata that we want to dynamically pull into the Pin Title or Pin Description.
I agree, or at least the chrome extension could pile up the data from many pages, and within a click of a button it'd export to CSV with many pages, titles, descs and especially image URLs. I wanna do +150 URLs and the csv isn't speeding things up when you gotta grab those image URLs manually anyways.
Would also be nice to have an export all pin images w/ CSV from Pin Generator AFTER I generate the pins, if I don't want to use Pin Generator for scheduling my pins. There is a huge user base that uses and prefers TailWind or scheduling natively Pinterest, so the option to easily export your pins and all their information would be amazing. @@oliverboyers
@@rokask4596 This is an interesting idea. I'll keep it in mind. I'm thinking like an export to csv built into the chrome extension where you can scan multiple pages and then when you are ready, export to csv/start generation.
Yes. You can select click the edit button on that AutoPin and click the "Load pin for editing" button. This will reload the pin in the designer on the generate page. Here you can add templates to the rotation and the recreate the AutoPin. Then go and delete the old AutoPin so you don't have a duplicate.
When will we be able to upload our own (Canva) templates, don't feel like redesigning everything in your software from scratch and many of your design templates are pretty poor to use.
Does it use up credits when each time you shuffle or generate pins with lets say a URL you provide or main domain. Or only when you schedule to pin or downloaded. Because I see in the video you shuffled and made quite often. If it uses up the credits everytime, we might run out of credits by the end of the hour lol, in trying to find the right pins to post. Very interested but need to address this.
No. It only uses credits when you schedule a pin, download a pin or use one of the AI functions. Find the credit usage details on the pricing page here: pingenerator.com/pricing
The best way to figure out if your niche is popular is via keyword research. I have a free keyword research tool for that here: pingenerator.com/pinterest-keyword-research-tool
Yes, it can do videos. You can upload a video or choose from the stock video. Then drag the video on to any image or video section to add it to the pin.
Yes, it can. we have a direct Amazon integration with which you can generate pins for Amazon products. You can then update the outbound to include your affiliate id.
Great idea in theory. & I love the fast AI tools but many of the functions are not working as they should. I check my pinterest after my scheduled pins have posted and the AI titles & descriptions did not apply on my Pinterest boards, looking different then the pins I scheduled on Pin Generator. I'm nearing the end of my 7-day free trial & I've only had 4 pins posted, but somehow I've already used up 200 monthly pin credits... likely after many of my edits were lost anytime that I click away from the generate screen. Is there a way to save each project/campaign? It has been beyond frustrating so far, submitted more than one ticket to the tech support with no response for days :/ Love the idea of this, just wish it would work with less frustration
Hi Hannah, just been rolling out a new template system and will get to your tickets asap. You can create boards from Pin Generator. I have checked the functionality now and it is working. Are your boards not getting their AI descriptions properly? I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly here. You will have all of the pins you create saved to your Pin History. You would have had to download, schedule or pin a pin for it to be added to you Pin history. You can also save pins as AutoPins which you can then use later and tweak. Pin credits work as follows: You consume a credit when you perform one of the following actions: Images: Pinning, scheduling and downloading - uses 1 pin credit Videos: Pinning, scheduling and downloading - uses 5 pin credits AI text writing: - uses 0.5 pin credit Will answer your other questions over email.
@@oliverboyers thanks for answering my questions! I was referring to pins and not Pinterest boards. I post pins from pin generator onto my existing boards created natively on Pinterest. The titles and descriptions from pin generator do not show up on my Pinterest account as saved/pinned from the generator. Hi, I'm having an issue using pin generator recently. Whenever I try to bulk create pins upto 200, it just starts generating pins with the article URLs on it, instead of the title. Why does this happen please?
This could be something to do with your website security. You can whitelist Pin Generator or generate in smaller batches. Alternatively you could also create pins by uploading a csv file.

At the moment, each pin will be pinned 1 time to each selected board.
I am going to create an option though to pin each pin to only 1 board soon.

Great app! I'm on it for a 7-day trial. Is there a way to edit the template settings (make it random) for a pin that's already on auto run?

Yes. You can upload your pins as images and use those on a template with a single image covering the entire template.
