Keep in mind that it will require some case mods for a new psu, also you'll need a motherboard replacement because the motherboard uses a proprietary 8 pin power connector instead of the standard 24 pin.

I found mine with a i7-4770, slapped a MSI Ventus 1660 Super OC in it, swapped it, and installed a new PSU. Ran Death Stranding at 60 FPS. (If you plan to do a case swap adapters are required for the front panel. There are some RUclips videos covering it.)
Yeah. Especially for Fortnite. I actually doubt this would get 60 FPS just because of that CPU bottleneck no matter what graphical settings you choose.

I got a 9020 mt with an i7 4770 in it for free, I also upgraded the ram to 16gb, the ssd to 1tb, and the gpu to a rx 6400 due to the low power consumption. All of it only costed me around 170 dollars and it can play most games at 60 fps at 1080p (some games need fsr or rsr).

You should also check if the cpu can keep up with the gpu. I just searched up and the gpu combo that you picked will cause the gpu to perform 40.5% less than it would with a very good cpu.
Stop listening to these stupid bottleneck calculators and use your common sense, of course it's gonna bottleneck in certain games but it's not a flat "40.5%". A game like fortnite will be probably limited by the cpu, but if you try putting it at the highest settings and higher res it will be limited by the gpu. GPUs don't get magically bottlenecked by a CPU unless it supports an older version of PCIe, and both parts use PCIe 3.0

You might pick up a few fps but on a lower end card like that there wouldn't be a huge bottleneck. Those old quad cores hold up fairly well. Especially if you are only targeting 1080p 60fps in Fortnite

We were doing these builds before COVID. You could get a 3rd gen i7 Optiplex for $150 then drop an ex-mining RX480/580 and new PSU in it and have more gaming power than a PS4 for around $300.
the thing about multiplayer competitive games like fortine or cs is that they usually have great optimisation, so yes, something like 1660 is gonna work great for these games, with room to spare
In my country In a local auction site PC-s with specs like this go with 15-35€ Sometimes there is less ram but old ddr3 is quite cheap. GPUs have similar price.
Also I recommend finding a good SSD to make loading times a bit quicker.
