- HELLO EVERYONE!!!! It's my first MAP in.... Whoa. Five years?? No way!! That's crazy!
It's been a long time since I've run one, but I miss it very much. I love creating collaborative content with others and I love organizing big projects like this. I find it so fulfilling to finish them! Felicide is a story I've felt would make a great MAP since I originally debuted it, and I've gotten a lot of positive feedback whenever I've suggested it. Today, it's happening! It's fully storyboarded, it's a great song, and I hope you all will enjoy the final product very much. If everything goes off without a hitch... well, I've got more MAP ideas I'd love to do in the future!
As always, there is no minimum skill level to apply. I intend to leave things fully open until Monday before I assign any parts. The only one not available is part 1, which I'm doing myself with a collaborator!

Rules:
-up to two parts per person
-1920 x 1080
-.avi or .mp4
-Collabs are fine, but you must supply the names of all participants
-NOT first come first serve, please have some examples on your channel
-ONLY participants and backups may join the discord
-Not following designs, not meeting deadlines and not following rules/script will result in being kicked
-Animation level required is PMV or higher. This MAP is lipsync heavy, but as long as characters have open mouths that’s fine.
-No watermarks of any kind of your final work you turn in to me, this does include program watermarks.
-Any transitions should be greenscreen
-Participants have 14 days from time of assignment to complete their part
-Participants can request one three day extension
-Extensions are only available to those who can provide a WIP at deadline
-At time of final submission, participant agrees to the provided work being used in the final video hosted on the Draikinator youtube channel
-You may trace directly from my boards if you wish
WOWIE ZOWIE. It took me a full day to narrow down an incredible 177 applications to just 22- there were so many amazing ones, it was unbelievably difficult! I've contacted those 22 picks and I'm waiting back for responses from just a few people remaining. Thank you all so much for your interest, even if I didn't pick you for this project! If you would be interested in being a backup in case of a future drop, feel free to reply to this comment and say so. I'm DEFINITELY planning to start hosting more maps again in the future, so hopefully, we can work together in the next one if we didn't this time!

Hey, the worst thing that happens is you don't get picked. BUT! I remember names of people who have applied before, and when I do more maps I try to find spots for people I know have been trying to get in in the past. I like working with lots of people! That's the best part of making maps and collaborative works, we are working together to make something bigger than we could make on our own!

aw tempest can't deal with being confronted with the truth of what he's done
I love rhe felicide storyline, especially the 'promise that youll catch me', it really shows how little he cared for mourning dove to just throw her and her kits out of the den! Tempests in for sone reall payback
He cares for nobody, not his two mates not his 4 children... remember how he killed his own son in cold blood? 3 of his children died by his paws, kind of poetic the survivor avenged them and put a stop to his game before he made another victim.
I said 'how little he cared' which means he didn't care- uhh
@@Stx4rl1ng just saying they were not the first not the last of his victims, I wonder why he gets close to so many mollys that think he would be the "most amazing dad" - his first mate died mysteriously, he ignored his son and didn't kill him just because he was an heir, his second mate died in a fall with her kits and he doesn't seem to care about the one that survived - her half-brother is the one that raises her(?) - and he got another one on the line and probably would kill her too if she had kits, I wonder how many mates he would kill (if he wasn't killed by sweet sweet karma) until the mollys of his clan started seeing the red flags... dude never cared about any of them, mates or kits.
The worst part is that I can see this happening in real life, a woman gets married to a dude that neglects his kid from a previous marriage but goes suprise pikachu face when he does the same with the kids he has with her...

hello! I read the rules just I'm not sure I understood if the discord was obligatory because you say that only the participants can be in the discord but suddenly I don't know if it's obligatory, and also if there is a password I don't think I saw her 😅

also at one point you talk about a green background for the transitions, is this obligatory?

Discord is required unfortunately. I need to be able to contact participants consistently.

I loved this. The way Cinnamon and Mourning Dove tells Tempest's true story and why they're angry at him 4 killing them. 10/10 will luv this Felicide MAP

@@Lemniscate1502 nope! Not yet. Again, waiting for those I've already contacted. If anyone changes their mind or doesn't reply, then I'll be contacting someone else, and when all the spots are officially booked I'll hit up some backups! I'm going to post about a thumbnail contest and will update on parts and backups then. I'll also have a pinned comment for anyone who wants to mark down as a future backup too.

I applied but I don't expect to be picked X'D I don't have enough MAP experience or a foot in the MAP community to get picked I don't think. I do need to animate more in general, so I'll just keep working on my animating skills until the next time a MAP call gets put up.
Either way I'm really excited to see this MAP finished. It's always great to see everyone's animations on projects like these.

So happy you’re doing maps again! Eventually I want do do maps like this for my own projects, and seeing you do something similar gives me more confidence.
If you do read this draik, it would make me very happy if you look at my original species document, please let me know if you do, I’m not sure if you’ve done any of that kind of stuff recently, but it’s not really furry stuff, it’s part dark fantasy, part science fiction, with a little bit of furry stuff in there as well (there is SOME original character support but they have SO little natural variance that they don’t really qualify as a true original species) more species will get info in the future but for now it’s just the one.
