Speaking of sharing recipes, I reallyyy think ya'll should make sopapilla cheesecake its my favoriteeeee thing to make during the holidays❤ All you need is cream cheese, vanilla extract, honey, butter, ground cinnamon, canned croissant rolls (I use the pillsbury ones cause it makes it more fluffy). Preheat oven to 350 Make sure to leave out the cream cheese out for awhile so it's soft, (if you're impatient like me stick it in the microwave). Depending on the pan I used 2 small cans of croissant rolls. First mix the cream cheese with the vanilla extract until it looks smooth (almost like thick icing) Then start to layer it like a lasagna: croissant layer, cream cheese, croissant layer, cream cheese. Now for the topping: melt a whole stick of butter in a bowl and dump A LOT OF CINNAMON in there. Then pour the entire mixture on top of cheesecake. Pop her in the oven until she's cooked to your liking (I'd say maybe 10-15 minutes) Pour honey on top. Let it cool in the fridge for a couple of hours and enjoy If you hate cream cheese disregard this message LMAOOO
