      I think it's a bit late, but we select the easiest or more common term for fundamental variables.
      Like length represents geometry
      Velocity represents kinematics (flow)
      and density represents shapes (fluid).
      We could choose viscosity instead of density but density is more popular.

      Actually u have to keep in mind that repeating variables will always 3.then you just have to find out which three will be the variables

    unfortunately i am looking for someone to explain the reasons or concept the determine: what types of info should be choose for repeated Var. As in 2:40 , it is just like simply define 3 categories of picking geometric , flow and fluid properties.
    Unless these three properties are applicable to all function, i still dont understand the logic to pick repeating variables.

      You can see that there are some variables r given.. From then we have to find out the repeating variables.the way we can find out that is given below:
      If the variables have these characteristics, then they will be repeating variables
      i)Geometric property=l,h,d
      ii)flow=v,a
      iii)fluid=row,Q
      Then we can recall them as repeating variables

    Instead of taking density we can take viscosity or not?? B/c viscosity is also fluid property.
