Hi Dana, so sorry for the late reply! I talked with our tech team and this was their reply: Without looking at the .csv for sure, I cannot give a concrete answer. But, here are some general guides for importing .csv files: • While any .CSV file extension should work, .CSV (MS-DOS) tends to work the best. • Make sure that every column has a title, the title must be on the first row. • Make sure there is no information in columns without titles. • Make sure there are no columns that are skipped over • The .CSV file must be closed for ID Maker to access it. I continuously have problems importing a .csv. Every once in a while I can fix it by re-adding the fields. Any idea why this happens?
