I continuously have problems importing a .csv. Every once in a while I can fix it by re-adding the fields. Any idea why this happens?

Hi Dana, so sorry for the late reply! I talked with our tech team and this was their reply:
Without looking at the .csv for sure, I cannot give a concrete answer. But, here are some general guides for importing .csv files:
      • While any .CSV file extension should work, .CSV (MS-DOS) tends to work the best.
      • Make sure that every column has a title, the title must be on the first row.
      • Make sure there is no information in columns without titles.
      • Make sure there are no columns that are skipped over
      • The .CSV file must be closed for ID Maker to access it.
If you are still having an issue my best suggestion would be to talk to our tech team and they can resolve the issue with you. Thanks for reaching out!
