Did my chemo and radiation and I’ve been cancer free since July. I’m ready for this deer season to get kicked off down here in Florida so I can get back at em. I lost my uncle to brain cancer after it spread from his lungs but I did get to spend his last elk hunt with him in Colorado and he was able to harvest his only bull that year a beautiful 6x6 that was pushing 300 inches. It was a great last elk hunt and I will never forget that time with him...
I found the Hush guys around this time back in 2018 just before they dropped the first BSY. Their enthusiasm, humor, and challenges got me interested in hunting. I bought my first bow that Christmas, I shot and trained for a year. End of 2019 I went through Hunter-Ed, got my licenses to hunt and fish everything here in Florida. Got in the spring turkey woods for 2020 but was unsuccessful. Then after networking with friends I got the opportunity to hunt the deer woods on private land and finally harvested my first deer! I now have meat in the freezer and newly found obsession for the outdoors. I credit this all the the Hush guys, Cam Hanes, Joe Rogan, Bowmars, Dudley, etc. Thank guys! I now live by, “You only get so many opening days.”

I don't know if anyone has seen the movie escanaba in da moonlight it's a deer hunting comedy but my favorite line in it is " I look forward to opening day of deer season more then any day of the year. It's like Christmas with guns. Or bows in your case. Awesome video looking forward to all of your hunts
Awesome guys. I pulled the hammer on a 5x2 California bad boy at 410 yards in the first 30 minutes. Pulled the trigger at 7:30am made it back to the truck at 5pm.

Absolutely the best season I've had yet. Spring bear, got my first elk, I got a nice sized body 2x3 blacktale and both of my kids got bucks as well. My sons was a muley fork. All archery except spring bear. 🐻

Thats a real thing lol. Usually have a big pair of woolies to put on over my regular socks for extra cushion. They do make lil booties to slip on over youre boots as well but they don't work as good.
If I learned anything by watching this, its definitely to not ever bring Logi's playdough/Gerber baby food dinner to deer camp. Even my 11 month old son would be less than impressed based on the look of it😂

Weatherby Vanguard HUSH Edition with a custom floor plate and color way. The scope is the Vortex Razor HD LHT 3-15x42. We use a variety of rings/bases but usually they are the high ones for the 30mm tubes. Hope this helps,

Logi Bears Backcountry Bakery is hilarious. Liked the play on the big buck to not push too hard, hope it pays off and he returns the next day again.
