Man i still remember the days when ELS wasn't a thing and you did that Retro week once. I'll never forget the memories i had with your videos man. Huge thanks for making my day. For EUP I had to downgrade to an older version I had saved in a backup folder. In the update for some reason they disabled the EUP menu (F11) on purpose but it still works in the old version... only there's nowhere to download it anymore so an old backup is the only way until they fix it and re-enable the menu.

Hey Jeff, love your videos. I also use wilderness callouts, and you can easily disable those ambient hunting events in the wilderness config file. I liked them at first for some dynamic action but, like you said, they are incredibly frequent

Great video Jeff, fun fact from someone who is about to be a police officer. The person doesn’t have to have drugs on them for you to charge them with possession. At least in the state of Georgia, but I guarantee you it is similar in most of if not all the states. When someone consumes drugs they are technically in possession of the drugs, that is why you could have charged the biker with possession of methamphetamines and possession of cocaine. Love your videos!
Well Ello there Jeff..How was your weekend? I have a question, how come you haven't done any OCRP Vids lately? I kinda miss them. I mean your LSPDFR vids are always awesome, but I miss the OCRP vids..its been awhile since you put one out..and if you do a OCRP can you be a Civ/Criminal and bring back Steve? He's probably the best persona you play (in my opinion atleast). Another thing, have you talked to Buggs at all? Haven't seen or head anything from/about him in almost a year...he still alive? Great video as usual Jeff. One thing on the DUI on the bike, you can't charge someone with two different DUI charges for the same incident. It would fall under double jeopardy. If one is a felony, one is a misdemeanor, pick the higher charge. If they're the same, you pick the one that's easier to prove which 99% of the time is the alcohol. Keep up the great work!

With the whole EUP problem, its really a bizarre problem because there have been multiple different ways to fix it. #1 assign EUP to a different button just in case the button you use is assigned to another mod which for whatever reason doesn't allow EUP to open. #2 revert your latest windows 10 update because that stupid ass update has broken a whole bunch of stuff for people. #3 download the fire and rescue pack for EUP and maybe that will fix it (that is if you haven't already). #4 Delete and reinstall the latest version of RagePluginHook and see if that does anything. #5 see if you can get an older version of EUP. #6 While it may seem useless, delete some stuff that you don't like nor use often and even though it might not fix the EUP problem it will clean up your files, and maybe fix some other problems you may have. Those are my best guesses for whats up because those are things that have fixed the same problem in the past. But if none of those work say something, and I/we can corroborate ideas, or I can go into my game and try and recreate the problem, and that way I can figure out whats causing the problem. BTW Good job with the lspdfr video. On the road to 1M!!!

Jeff, you need to create and sync a character through the LSPDFR menu in the pause menu, THEN EUP will work flawlessly. From what I see, you still use the old forceduty and EUP menu

To me the last incident pointed clearly to a medical emergency of some type (diabetic or other cause of altered mental status, we use the acronym AEIOU-TIPS in EMS), so the subject was found in a dangerous elevated area, in clothing a silo worker might wear, also with ear protection on. As a cop I would sit him down and call EMS and also fire because it's going to be classified as a technical rescue.
That would require an air ambulance in LSPDFR's case, but I don't think it applies to conscious peds.
