What prevents the heel hook 1st( nicr of you to trap your own shin).... Besides letting you sweep them? Work on that ego. You created..... rediscovered maybe....
If someone were to turn and get a heel hook you could just go to regular worm or squid, maybe even reverse de la worm. You're not really trapping your shin you can let go at any moment and what is the person gonna do with a shin, so relax. If you haven't noticed in most instructionals you aren't supposed to defend heavily rather let the person do the move so that they may get the hang of it.
