limited charging voltage: 4.2V
2pin connector size: 2.2or2.3mm x 2.0mm, pitch about 0.7-0.9mm
My imilab Xiaomi Mijia EC2 Security Camera CMSXJ11A stopped working, so I disassembled it. After removing and re-installing the battery, it started working again, so I'm not sure why it stopped working in the first place.
The front panel was attached with strong double-sided tape and softened with heat. I realized this after accidentally breaking the front panel.
The circuit board unit is fastened internally with four screws. After disconnecting the battery and speaker connectors, the battery housing is also secured to the casing with four screws.
The battery is likely a standard 18650 lithium-ion type, with a voltage of 3.7V and a capacity of approximately 2500mAh per cell. It appears that two of these cells are used in the camera.

Can you put back the front panel after you removed it? It seems hard task... I tried to find new one in AliExpress but there wasn't any.
I just wondered will it be waterproof after I disassembly it?

I want to see where antenna is....camera sign is weak. 😢
Around 6:40 in the video, you can see an antenna in the lower right corner of the screen. It is attached to a black component and makes contact with the main board through a spring-like shape. However, since the main board has already been removed, you cannot see the state of the contact in this video.
There might be a possibility that the contact between the main board and the antenna has deteriorated. Since the contact is made through a mechanical plate spring shape, if the internal structure is misaligned, the antenna will not function properly as it will not make contact.

Hi I have exactly the same camera but it seems that it is not so waterproof as Xiaomi says. Mine does not work anymore as it got moisture and stopped working. Any ideas if I can bring it back to life?
