This is the one I requested about a year ago. So glad you got round to it. It’s what I show to people who don’t know what beatbox battling is because imo this battle encapsulates what it means to battle, in a modern style as well!
Basically Napom controlled the whole battle here’s how. He goes first he uses a very lip roll heavy round and he called out vocodah saying he only uses inward bass knowing vocodah would say some thing about the lip rolls. Fast forward to vocodahs round he does a lot of inward bass and says “you only use lip rolls bro”so now it’s napoms 2nd round where he says “he caught my bait” so he did a whole round without lip rolls. Now vocodahs second round Napom has him in a box with only two ways out. 1 way he could do his planned round which likely had a lot of inward bass. Or way out number 2 he could attempt to do a round without inward bass. He took way number 2 and he did most of the round without inward bass but at the end he ended up using it. So yeah Napom made Vocodah play his game
They got quiet because NaPoM called him out for using inward bass after not using liprolls in his second round. Audical accepted his challenge in the beginning of his second round. But because he used inward bass at the end of his second round he lost the challenge and as a result the energy from the crowd.

The first dude is really talented but it’s meant to be a beat, right? His stuff sounds like it would b good for gaming. Whereas the 2nd bloke had a beat you could move ya body with. Maybe I just don’t get it .
Nah you're entitled to your own opinion ofc. The first guy Napom often freestyles things without a definite structure, so it wouldn't appeal as much probably to new people, whereas the second guy Audical usually has tracks that are like proper song There are other factors for the first guy winning too, like his stage presence and how he baited the other guy, but yeah

I certainly prefer more of a melody but sometimes the sounds are worth it
I think in comparison napom is better because he has won everything. I love both though.
