My suggestion for when people fall out of their regular sleep cycle is to stay up an entire night, for two days straight. Drink as much coffee, monster, red bull as you need, but then by about noon of the second day, drink nothing but water. You have to flush all the caffeine out. If you get a decent amount in you by evening, you'll be very ready for bed.
I think it’s because if you’re a toss and turn kind of person then get some pillows and watch BRIGHT SIDE look up from there channel how to fix all you’re sleep problems it could help ya pal or it just could be the frog but I’m not forcing you to get rid of it I just think it’s the frog all I care is that ya get to sleep and that ya happy about it

Good show, and fun story, guys! Okay, I suspect a "survey project" here... possibly for a future show... AND for my two-cents worth... MEDITATION, Crash... REGULAR MEDITATION!!! First, if this is a problem, with the "vision" returning to cloud your ability to get peaceful rest... You have trouble controlling the "monkey chatter" in your mind. It often sounds like "making excuses" to those who don't deal with this kind of issue, BUT I know, it's not... AND the regular practice of just quiet, relaxing meditation REALLY CAN help you. Second, NO... For the record, in order to learn and practice meditation in a practical manner, you do NOT have to go about the stereotypical mantras, chanting, bells and whistles, OR even the focus entirely on "NOTHING" themes like emptying your mind or whatever else you've probably seen on TV or heard on some radio-esque channel... That's just silly. You DO however, have to do the work of learning to focus your mind. ALL that meditation requires, is assuming a relaxed posture, and taking control of all the "crap" bouncing and rolling and rumbling around in the dull roar of your mind, and quiet it down until you refine it to a focused thought... Think about what YOU WANT to think about. It doesn't even particularly matter (at first anyways) what the hell it is. It doesn't matter especially if it's more a focused visual picture, a particular place, or some song you would like to remember... JUST find a thought... ONE CONCEPT and make that thing the focus of your concentration... shut down the rest of the chatter, the dick jokes, and weirdness, the self doubt, counterproductive assumptions... Just hold ONE THOUGHT in its most complete form in your head for a while... I'm not even going to prescribe how long to try to do that... It can be a few seconds at first... a minute... maybe trying for five... Practice for the sake of practicing, and get better at it. In time, if YOU put in the effort to quiet your mind ON PURPOSE, you will find it easier over time. You SHOULD be able to do this for longer, and find it easier to take control... SO from a few seconds at first, practice to be able to get a minute of it... When you can start meditating (focusing) on the one thing (and no, it doesn't even have to be the same thing every time)... BUT when you can do it for several minutes at a time, build... Add to the description of this thing... If it's a place (for instance) describe in your head every detail... SO how the hell does this help you get to sleep??? There are wonderfully relaxing places... We all have our fantasy places, so before you go to bed, practice this meditation on your fantasy sleeping place. It should be PERFECT for sleep. Get a vivid picture, and keep building details into this place until you can VIVIDLY describe every bit of it... You know what it smells like, what it sounds like, down to the faintest echoes in the distance... AND While you wrestle your mind into focus on the one thing, you can NOT possibly be thinking of anything distracting you. It doesn't work... SO focus on the relaxing place, and you can't be bothered with seeing something awful, remembering something silly, or talking to yourself about something filthy... You're just too focused on the relaxing place... Is it okay to talk to yourself? Yes... It's fine. Sometimes, for some people, it's about the only way to get control of that monkey-chatter in their head. If it helps, go ahead. Talk yourself through the exercises and even describe to yourself the thing you're trying to bring into focus... in your head. The point isn't mechanical... It's ENTIRELY mental, and a matter of personal focus and control. The point is to try... and assert yourself. When you GAIN control in your own mind, you will be able to independently shut down crap you don't need to concern yourself with... and do what YOU NEED TO DO... sleep included. ;o)
