You need to know, long videos are different from shorts... If you posting shorts and getting subscribers, those people will not watch your long form content....
With my own accounts i only post a couples shorts videos while i focus on long form. Remember if you get 300k subscribers from your shorts They will not watch your long form videos.
My recommendation would be, to stop posting your shorts and focus on long form content...
I recommend posting 4 videos to 1 short.
Yes your views will be low however in the long run your payout will be much more because the new subscribers from your long will will search your channel and then they will watch your shorts.
Remembered people from shorts have a short tention span plus the payout is rubbish
Shorts can kill your channel!
