Hitachi Zaxis 50 Fitting New Rubber Tracks

My Yanmar has oil filled rollers I refilled them and final drives. I clean off chrome shaft with 600 wet n dry and wd40 push them in all the way. No damage to seals. One old machine i made collars to hold adjuster out to keep tension. Seals were leaking grease bad. This works good on old low budget jobs. Lasted years

I don;t think they can,once they are worn out that's it.

Great video, but you didn't send the track adjusters to be rechromed? More irritating than lice in a flophouse mattress, if the seals failed with those new tracks.

Thanks..the track adjuster was purposely not pushed all the way in as to not damage the seal,the section of ram that is in contact with the seal during adjustment is fine.
