Hello,I have 2 pairs of valtek injectors,with first one,the engine stops when I put it in neutral.The second one at high engine load doesn't inject enough Fuel.Can you give me some advice please,i want to know what you recommand.
I have a 2.0 16v engine and in future i want to do almost 200 hp.This valtek injectors are good for this power or I need an upgrade? (Above 4000 rpm the ecu is set to change on gasoline,but i want that 800-4000 to have propper power from lpg :) 😊
I have a question if you can help me. Few days ago i used a repair kit for my gpl valtek injectors and when my engine temperature raises to 90 C my car doesnt go above 3000rpm ? What can be the issue? Should i loose the injectors? It stays at 3000rpm and doesnt increase speed if i commute to petrol it works normallym

Thank you , i just tighten those bolts yesterday because i thought they were loose and it was idling really bad, then loosen the bolts and started working better, now i know how to calibrate them equally...

Can you help me? I want to calibrate my injectors and i dont know what happens when i loosen or i tighten that gap ? Does it inject more fuel when i loosen it or it injects less?

Valtek sind Economy-Injektoren, besser mit Hanna wechseln

What did you measure there exactly? Can you adjust the stroke without the dedicated tool (Gauge)?
yes
You had values of 1,10 or so…valtek says the stroke should be 0,5 mm. What and how did you exactly measure there?
Hello. I have these type 30 injector rail, I bought them new in box about 8 months ago. They work fine and have good economy but its been 2 months that have an abnormal high ticking sound I can hear outside of car like tick tick tick tick tick.. Before they were very silent. No errors on autogas software. The autogas specialist told me not to worry maybe they have a bit dirt inside but I dont want to hear that sound, they were silent I barely was hearing the engine sound when was working. Its a golf mk3 1.6 74kw. Please help me what can I do, any advice?
Hi you should clean up them, and add a little bit oil with your hand on the piston of the injector, it should make it noiseless. Thanks for comment.

@@geraldzenelaj Yes it does. Oil rsidues can help without accmulating gunk, because lpg fuel also has oil in very low percentage.

I wanted to add something. When the engine is cold, lpg injectors works quiet (especially when I get home from work at midnight). But when its day and warm..after engine is warm up they soon will start to make that clicking sound

What is the use?
They are lpg injectors and they need after several kms cleaning and adjusting, so as every injector injects precisely the same amount of fuel.

Hello how are you. I bought these injectors new in box in october 2019. They were excellent for my golf 3 1.6 and they work fine..but its been 2 months they have a ticking sound like tick-tick-tick-tick-tick.. They were very very quieter..I barely cant hear if engine is working or not you know what I mean. This sound came only whem is working in lpg. All filters been changed, the gas system, ignition and general condition is very good. I just dont know why they work louder now. It just had one error for low voltage supply. I changed my battery because was very old. please can you help me to understand what is going on and what to do?
