Yes, you should be able to use the car with sensors. As long as you carry out necessary observations and don’t rely on the car accessories too much, you should be ok
It depends on what your driving examiner picks. If you are in Qld, your driving examiner will ask you to do two manoeuvres and straight line reverse can be one of the manoeuvre. Some test candidates do it and others don’t
20:00 If the lights turned yellow should I stop or keep going?? I'm having trouble on when and where to stop correctly at a YELLOW traffic light, I always get scared and sometimes push the brakes hard, any tips?
Like everything else in driving, the answer is "it depends". If you are struggling, I would probably be working on my anticipation and planning when driving. When approaching a green light that has been green for sometime, the chance of the traffic light changing is quite high, so if you are looking ahead and anticipating, it won't come to you as a surprise and you will react appropriately. If you are very close, say less than two second away from the light when it change, go because stopping won't be safe. On the other hand if it changes and you are like 5 seconds from the traffic lights, stop because if you go, you will be running a red light. We will be doing a video on traffic lights in the future, but for now, I hope this helps.
Some driving instructors once you make 1 critical error, automatic they will tell you, we will return to the center now, they didn't allow you to drive for so long.
We just advice them to keep practicing. Driving is a practical skill and there is no replacement to getting enough practice. In regards to parents or relatives, I’ll ask the parents or relative why they think they are not ready, in other words get feedback on what to work on.
You are nice instructor and your videos very helpful for us... Thanks mate keep doing this

Do you have to do straight line reverse on the test ?

What do you say to your students, If they don't get enough practice, Or a parent or relative doesn't feel they are ready?
