✔️INGREDIENTS:
2 medium courgettes
1 Onion
Olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and black pepper
Sweet paprika
Fresh parsley
Grated mozzarella 100g
2 medium eggs
Pickled capers 30g
Chives
2 cherry tomatoes
COOKING TIMES:
1: Bake the courgettes at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 10-15 minutes
2: Put it back in the oven at the same temperature for about 15 minutes
