You know right? how urgent and hectic it can be when you received a call at midnight and you need to depart to the location in very early morning according to the call time the next day, and it is obviously a call time before any shops open to let you buy rainboots all the way to the site, common sense right? The road from seremban town to this site was close down and have to take 2 hours and more to reach this outskirt area, you know right? Shops were closed after bad flood at there, so no rainboots for you to buy along the way, you know right? Anyway, you can show how great you are with strong common sense that you have by buying her a pair of rainboots, would you do that?
Sea side and river side not suit to built house anytime will landslide ,water will wash away sand and soil with accumulated this is common sense if got otak people won t build house this type of area
Actually, our country has laws with regard to development near rivers/sea (100 feet from the river bank/shore) and hill slopes ( gradient or angle of less tan 35% and only 3 storey building allowed) but sadly, it was never enforced due to political interference and corruption.

淹水的主要原因都是人禍, 不是天災,
第一: 地球暖化造成海水上漲是主因, 海水的水平位高过河口位时, 河水就会上漲, 淹沒沿海地區! 畜牧业是造成地球暖化的主因, 素食才是根本解決解决問題的辦法! 请上 RUclips 查看Cowspiracy 和《救命飲食》。
第二: 人民乱丟垃圾, 堵塞沟渠, 使到水无法外泄; 政府也沒有认真的清理沟渠，导致水无法外出！
第三：无管制的开发森林，水土流失。
第四： 错误的舖路方式, 市议会用最简单的方式舖路, 就是沒有把舊的路挖起来, 把粕油直接舖在舊的马路上, 每次这样舖, 路越舖越高, 最后高过屋子的地面, 下大雨时, 如果沟渠堵塞, 原本水可以流入馬路, 但当马路都高过屋子地面时, 水就往屋內灌!
所以水災是人禍，不是天災！不要怨天！要尤人！
第五：政府没有有效的解决淹水问题。
看看隔壁新加坡也因为淹水问题 跟日本学在地底下挖大型蓄水池 之后都没有淹水过
引发大水災都不完全因为这些原因。问题在 1。知知港河沙坝（Titi Hosapa) 是坐落在离海平面130米的山丘上。 2。地形是四面环山的盆地 （valley /basin) 是在（Titiwangsa Mountain Range），蒂迪旺沙山脈中。3。发展蓝图中没有考虑到打造适量的沟渠水道以便疏通山上流下的雨水。

有刮狂风，没有台风。这次大淹水是因为连续下了30多小时的雨没停过＋排水系统不佳＋河水瀑涨引起。70年的时候吉隆坡也是发生过大水灾，这次的受灾范围更广

原来马来西亚记者也是说普通话的，我以为都是说马来话。。。。我是井底之蛙。。
大多数马来西亚华人是在政府部门办事，或和马来人/印度人/其他种族沟通时才会说的官方语言，一般上华人与华人之间的沟通都是华语(中国人称为的普通话)+或其他方言例如粤语/广东话+客家话+福建话+潮州话等等。大多数的马来西亚华人都是进入华小受过华文教育的，因此我们马来西亚华人一般上在生活中+工作中必需要以三至四种(至少一定要掌握好的几种基本语言)不同的语言来和每一位不同种族的人士来互相沟通不是件难事!
也有不少的马来西亚华人在华小6年级毕业后，选择进入了私立华文中学(马来西亚称为的独中学校)以及到国外去继续中文大学来提升自己的中文水平!

我们马来西亚华人（简称大马华人）的母语就是方言/华语（普通话）。
我们有以华语为主的，英语和马来语为辅的幼稚园、小学、中学和大专大学。
幼稚园和中小学真的很多。
大专大学就只有三所:韩江、新纪元和南院。
对我们来说华语很重要，就是母语，每天都在讲，从出生开始，爸爸妈妈就对我们讲华语了
