Absolutely! When you're in-game navigate to settings -> and click 'Unlock Template World Options' -> 'Unlock All Settings" and from there you can modify any settings you'd like! The only thing is you do have to be in survival to use the Help Guide Phone.

There's some located in a chest in front of you after the tutorial or you can craft one with 4 dirt!
