Hey mate, They offer this for free because as soon as you need to expand you will have to pay for this service (past 5 users and if your require more thank 5GB). Yes they also have top notch security. You can set up multi factor authentification.

Thanks mate. Those words you would use in your email alias that is connected to your mail email. Yes you can. No limit for emailing. I suggest connecting Zoho campaigns too if you want to send bulk emails etc.

To make them as "business email" (as some Microsoft applications etc. demands "School or business" emails) Is it possible to use existing IMAP emails to "create" business emails for them? Then I wondered how many customers we can add for the free & paid versions but it looks like they work with Gigabytes instead of number of customers that I will be emailing. I've never seen anything like it so how do I compare this to email software that work with number of clients that I email rather than size?
Hey Cynthia, Great question. First of this is an email service not an email marketing service. Therefore, similar to Google workspace, outlook and other paid email services. You pay for each user and storage etc. So, you can add up to 5 users in your organisation for free for example sam@yourdomain.com and liam@yourdomain.com etc. I hope that makes sense!
@@StewartGauld I already figure it out, you have to buy another user to get custom email address for each domains. You can also create email aliases that will get in your main mailbox but i was trying to understand if there could be a way to filter the email aliases so it doesn't become a chore to managed in same mailbox.

That is creating the accounts? You literally just add the additional accounts you want to add. The important part is the setup.
