What about voltages? current draw/charge currents? so many question to be asked. This is another type of those flow cell batteries I've seen popping up. It looks really promising. Isn't this option far better then ex flywheel-energy-storage?
This is just a fuel cell using salt water as an electrolite. What is on the membrane that is used as a catalyst ?? With regular feel cell the process is the same, combine H with O2 thru a catalyst producing electron flow and water !!!!
