The bank ppl also said they have requested the opposite bank to if they accept I would get my money in 25-35 days. The question is will I get money

That hold money would not refund automatically, you have to visit Cyber cell office and meet any advocate for court order. After that you will get your refund

If you don't lose money you can register a complaint. You have to select 'No' in money loss section or you can also report on chaksu portal.

That hold money would not refund automatically, you have to visit Cyber cell office and meet any advocate for court order. After that you will get your refund

It is impossible because your bank has a unique transaction id or reference number so please check your statement or that app's transaction history which you used for the transaction.
