Okay- so I recommend you react to George Salazar singing 'Michael in the Bathroom', Ben Platt singing 'Words Fail', Thomas Borchert & Brandi Burkhardt singing 'I Will Be There', Thomas Borchert & Brandi Burkhardt (again) singing 'Every Day a Little Death', Reeve Carney singing 'Epic 1', 'Epic 2', 'Epic 3', 'Wait For Me', and just- majority of the cast of that musical, and Patrick Page singing 'Hey, Little Songbird' or 'Chant Reprise'. I would also like to suggest Jonathan Young and Lauren Babic covering literally any song (they cover 'You're Gonna Go Far Kid' together, though separately I would like to suggest Lauren's cover of 'Lovely' and Jonathan's cover of 'Toss a Coin to Your Witcher'), though because this is more musical related, I would say react to Jonathan's cover of 'Phantom of the Opera'.
I could probably list more but those songs in particular have always been a favorite of mine to listen to because of their voices. Sorry I rambled a bit, but I hope you give these suggestions some thought! I find Alex's voice interesting as hell. First of all, he's a male soprano, which is already extremely rare, but his range is insane even for a soprano. His vocal range spans roughly 4.3 octaves, he's proven that he can belt up to C6, which he did live, he apparently has whistle tones going up to around G7 (although that video was from when he was younger so maybe not anymore, but it wasn't that long ago that he was just casually throwing Bb6 whistle tones into his Mama Will Provide performances on broadway like it was nothing so I wouldn't be surprised), and I'm pretty sure he can go down to D3 or C3, which is pretty low for a soprano as far as I know.
Also just the differences between him and most other sopranos. Most sopranos (with some exceptions like Amber Riley, Keala Settle (who might just be a spinto soprano idk), spinto sopranos, dramatic sopranos, etc) seem to have thinner and generally less full and powerful voices but Alex's voice has always stood out to me as being the exact opposite. Pretty sure it was just around last year when he proved that he could project his voice over an entire crowd without a microphone (there was a audio problem and the tech crew had to shut it down for a few minutes while Alex was hosting a BroadwayCon thing). I would assume that he was a dramatic soprano or something, but I don't think his voice really has the dark and metallic timbre to count as one, which arguably makes it more impressive since he's probably more of a full lyric soprano. There also seems to be some subtle more masculine/androgynous undertones in his voice sometimes, mainly around the third and lower fourth octave, especially in some of his older stuff (just look at his old thing of him singing I'm A Star).
You are very quickly becoming a favourite RUclipsr for me, you have such a good vibe and your taste is *chefs kiss* 👌🏻
I watched Alex in glee project, loved them and was so happy they got a bigger role than it was supposed. The song if I were a boy is still one of my favourites by them. Just heartbreaking and GOOD!!

It is an interesting idea, but I am really not at all sure that Amber and Alex would really work. They are both powerhouse musicians, both incredibly talented, but being forced to rein in and voice match to each other might damage the magic each brings to the party.
