Clause is the only teacher that will tell you exactly what and how to practice. Everybody else gives you nothing basically.

This is 100% true and effective guys. I improved so much better after watching the course in Claus website. I just wanna say, thanks a lot sir Claus for that video. Now im practicing twice longer than before because i can see and feel the improvements of my alternate picking. Anyway, the accent picking is really the best ever.🤘🤘🤘

A bit enthusiastic for me, but I appreciate his accurate thinking and agree with what he says. Out of this thinking, he presents an optimum plan for action.

I have never heard anything like this before when it comes to playing guitar.
I learned how to fish walleye from a Pro angler and I practiced certain techniques and understood the principles. on the water obviously lol.
In one year I went from 40 fish caught to over 600.
U need to have the right mindset and the best guidance/mentor. This is probably as good as it gets! Thank you!!

Great stuff, Claus, thank you. I would love for you to do a video on how to apply the principles to a soft skill like improvising-unlike technique, it's not just one little thing you can repeat over and over again.

it's amazing how such a very simple idea as getting this rhythm (counting) down so it's second nature, makes all the difference.. focus it essential.. to the point you look like the weird guy in the corner.. do it like no one's watching..

Thanks for these insightful videos, Claus! You break things down in ways I can easily understand. No mumbo jumbo, just the truth, whether we like it or not! I don't need to be pacified, I need to learn to overcome the horrible things I have been taught by myself, the way you communicate is logical and obviously well thought out.

Question for Clause-- you often suggest practicing while watching TV. But in this video you stress practicing with focus. Is it possible to focus on your guitar technique while you're watching TV? Thanks. Great video, by the way.

Having watched many Claus videos, I believe he'd say that you must focus intensely in the beginning, doing slow absolutely perfect repetitions with a metronome. When it gets to the place that you can do perfect reps (at a slow speed) almost without thought, then it's time to take it to the TV to get a gazillion reps in. Having tried this I'd say that if my attention is torn between the exercise and the TV, I need more focused reps until I can watch and let my hands so their own thing independently with very little thought/concentration. I also sometimes use a metronome with a silent flashing light which can keep me at an even pace without distracting me from the TV sound. Of course, Claus might say something different so take this with a grain of salt.

Very instructive and entertaining, too But would appreciate if you would actually put pick to string and give some actual lessons on the guitar

How does he justify the claim "double your focus, double your time and you will double your results"? Have there been any studies to prove this statement? Did Malcolm Gladwell write a book about it? Perhaps it was a sequel to the 10,000 hr rule?

The problem is that the system we lives and the way we produce our subsistance dont gives us that amount of time.

Blah, blah, blah. Practice fully focused 24 hours a day for only 6 month and you will be one of best guitarists in the world. That's true, man! You need a lot of pills to keep you awake, that's the only drawback...
