I hadn't really thought of Rhiannon as being a spooky Halloween type song, but you guys really made it happen! Very haunting voices and effects, and it's just a great rendition of a classic. Worth a listen (or ten) everyone!

Simply amazing.
One of the best songs by Stevie Nicks was when she got her start on Rhiannon with Fleetwood Mac. To hear this classic be converted into a haunting lullaby really brings out it's Welsh witch feeling that was the inspiration for the lyrics! Thank you guys so much for your unique spin on this beloved memory from my childhood! ❤

Beautiful! I always loved this song. The original Rhiannon was a Welsh Goddess known as "Rhiannon of the Birds" recorded in the Mabonogion. The lyrics fit.

Wanted to name my 2nd daughter Rhiannon because I loved this song so much but ex husband said no. Should have done it anyway. Saw Fleetwood Mac in the 70's but was diappionted because lead was over served if you know what I mean. Meh. You changed the beat. You changed the chord progression. Totally ganked it for me. Sorry. I was so looking forward to it. The beat is one of the most important parts of this song. Same with the momentary major chords. No worries. I'm sure the masses will attaboy you. I'll wait faithfully for the next go round.
I just feel like a cover should be a different version of the song. Not a note for note exact replica, because nobody will ever make this song better than when Fleetwood Mac performs it. I understand your criticisms, but I personally liked the different spin on it.

But when the heartbeat of a song is as important a part of the song as this one, then changing it destroys part of the songwriter's intent. A significant part of Rhiannon is the unbound sense of urgency the beat presses upon the psyche. I know it's a subjective point. All art is subjective when it comes to taste, impact, and attractiveness for the respective listener. But the rhythm of any song is one of its objectively important foundational aspects. As I said, there will be PLENTY of people who like it. And you can likely look back through every comment they've ever made on this channel and find they say the same things about every offering published. They will supply the artists with the necessary adoration for anything they post. No worries. And I will always encourage this duo no matter what they offer. It does not mean I will not offer my well-meaning criticism from my own perspective - same as every one else here. But mark my words. Most will balk at the honesty, the respect, and the realness of my comment. They will call it harsh, wrong, judgmental, negative, mean . . .
