I used both methods and my PCI still shows "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
". I downloaded the "chipset" and did method 2. Failed. I then ran again and "extracted all files" when I ran it. I also manually installed from the download. If there is another place this should be stored other than "downloads" folder for safety or for useage I do not know where it is located. My initial problem is my Ipod nano disconnects itself. I have updated windows. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my "universal serial bus controllers" in the device manager. My device manager is also not showing a "portable device driver". Thank you.

question, how can I use wireless if no driver found in my laptop? As in, no usb, wireles, ethernet etc. How can I install or transfer the driver?

Why can't my new, newly cloned Win 7 SSD boot up a different desktop computer?
It was cloned from a smaller SSD that runs Win 7 -- I used Macrium Reflect 8 software (free trial).
When I replace the smaller, older SSD with the newly cloned SSD it doesn't boot up.
I've tried the new clone in 2 other working computers (one has Win 10 & an SSD, the other has Win 7 & an HDD) -- I used the same SATA & power cables as the original working hard drives.... I've also formatted the new SSD, then ran the cloning software again but get the same results...all I get is what is like a 2 1/2" SSD thumb drive...
When the computer's original hard drive is still installed, all the files & folders are on the new SSD, they are accessible & editable via the SATA connections (or via a SATA-to-USB adapter). BUT when the clone is plugged in to another computer's SATA connections (replacing that working SSD or HDD) the machines will not boot up .... Also the new SSD dies not show in the BIOS of any machine.
Do these fixed apply to AMD motherboards and chipsets as well?
It need network adapter driver to run wifi which is also missing.
For anyone who reads this as the video is a bit lacking, you need to download the driver on another machine and copy it to the machine that needs the driver with a flash drive.

I have PCI driver problem followed several suggestion, downloaded driver etc to no avail. PCI simple communication controller is stopping Bluetooth from working.
My computer display flickers if the brightness is full and it works fine if the brightness is low.
Need a quick fix.

Internet is not working
So I had this recent issue w/ Windows 10 Pro Instill to ASUS Z599-I w/ i9-10850K using IGPU I ran the IGPU driver & it solved 2 more items but left 1 unknown, 2 PCI devices & the ongoing Bluetooth serial port (I believe related to new Intel AX210 WiFi 6E+ since I got that on older X99-M w/ same card ) I don’t see a Z590 specific INF file since x299/x99
My question is I don't have Lan as well as Wifi Connectivity.
Because of driver, I can't even connect to internet.
What to do Next.

Then you need to make sure you have the right driver made for your chipset. You need to go to Device Manager > IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers > Intel(R) _ Series/C_ _ _ Series Chipset Family (2 or 4) port Serial ATA Storage Controller - 1C_ _. Then make sure that YOUR "Intel(R) _ Series" matches that of the driver you downloaded.
For instance, after 9 yrs I'm still running an Intel(R) 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset. Then go to the Intel website and be sure the driver you downloaded is the right one.
