The two attorneys seem to have been put on the jury to bully and herd the other jurors for a conviction. That’s why the judge and prosecutor put them on there. The other jurors will listen to the two people who say they went to law school.
Every Juror is a democrat, and it doesn't matter what lack of any evidence there was, they're going ot find him guilty and the convictions will be overturned next year by the appeals court.....but the Dems got what they wanted!!
I have serious doubts. Like maybe the temptation to be the first to convict a president is just to great. The consequences though...we look like an unstable banana republic of that happens.

It is NYC, Trump’s hometown. He got Manhattan jurors where Trump Tower is located. The case isn’t being tried in bumfk Oklahoma. The jury pool is entirely different.

Unfortunately for Trump, the evidence is in the documents and the witnesses really don’t account for much. Those lawyers will know it is a document case. They will also be really surprised to see an NDA that uses pseudonyms for Trump and Daniels. Who the hell does that? And why would you? Duh. I am a retired lawyer.
But the prosecution did prove its case. They proved that the defendant is DT. That's the only factor that matters to them.

The New York taxpayers should refuse to pay taxes until this clown show ends. Don't they know how much this circus is costing them? I'm sure there are better places for their tax dollars to go, like maybe paying teachers, policemen, and firefighters for starters, instead of a bunch of lawyers defending a 'no-victim' case. Even the people that don't like Trump should be fed up by now.
Any convictions should be overturned on appeal, and those responsible for this travesty should have their law licenses revoked: Bragg, James, Engoron, Merchan, and the rest. It's a miscarriage of justice and a tremendous waste of time.
They know the conviction will be overruled on appeal. But appeal decisions take time and it would happen AFTER ELECTION DAY.... and this is called LAWFARE..... exploit the constraints in the Judicial system for your own political advantage.
I get so frustrated when I hear this trial is already decided. This is so unfair. And they are actually giving the jurors absolutely no credit for doing their duty!
Jurors are from super liberal NY, hand picked by a totally corrupt and biased judge. Everyone knows the jury decided to find Trump Guilty before the trial began. All of them will be paid off handsomely. Democrats have left the realm of morality. This is a party that cannot define a woman and supports the mutilation of children. Why would they be honest?
We'll see if the jurors "do their duty," but my money's on all of them being picked because they'll convict Trump of anything at all, just because they're all biased Democrats.

My hope is that one or both of the two lawyers on the jury will simply not be able to convict seeing all the ways this trial has been slanted toward the prosecution. Hopefully they will love the law more than they hate Trump. I'm not holding my breath, though.

This trial is a trial of documents. The lawyers will be utterly baffled by an NDA that used pseudonyms for Trump and Daniels. They will not be fooled. There are documents from Trump in evidence where he says he paid Cohen as reimbursement, not just attorneys fees as he is now claiming.

Then you know nothing about the documents that are in evidence. And the jury will take them back into the deliberation room and be staring at documents that are very harmful to Trump’s case. Reasonable doubt is easier to prove with documents than with testimony.

Reading through the transcripts, I haven't found any. It was amusing when the judge realized he shouldn't have let Stormy go off the rails. He tried to blame defense for not objecting, but when they did object, he wouldn't allow it anyway.
So this is a circus on the taxpayers' monies? Our legal system is a joke. For the world to see. Entertainment? With someone's life??

When OJ was aquitted, black people across the country cheered the decision letting a double murderer walk away. Sorry to say but the Trump defense is dropping the ball. They need to be hammering the fact that a hush $ payment CANNOT be a campaign finance violation. People that are not running for office pay hush $. Therefore, since the nature of the payment can be for other reasons (even if the intent was to influence the election in this case) it can’t be considered campaign finance.
That has been Brough out with other prosecution witnesses, the witnesses them selves even refused to call it hush money. Trump did not break any laws.
Sure they will when they present their defense.
Besides that, BO had $2 million in campaign finance violations and merely had to pay a $375,000 fine. They want to jail DT for having a $130,000 campaign finance violation for something that previous prosecutors had already investigated and had found no wrong-doing on DT's part.
