The second case was done by Dr. Samir Pancholy, U.S.A with Dr Sanjay Shah; a multi-vessel complex PCI. Samir used high definition IVUS imaging and did the case very elegantly with Dr. Mauricio Cohen, MD, FACC, FSCA (University of Miami Hospital, Miami, U.S.A.) and Dr. Fazila Tun Nesa Malik, MD (National Heart Foundation Hospital & Research Institute, Dhaka, Bangladesh) as on-site moderators discussing the case very well with the panel.

Did they just under-prepare a calcified lesion in a diabetic patient, put a 2.5 mm stent in the proximal LAD after doing IVUS and then presented live in a national meeting?
