We call it wind therapy and yes it does help. I find time most days to get on one of my bikes even if it is just for a short distance. While I'm retired my wife has three more years to go. We take one of her days off and just ride somewhere for lunch. We have logged over 200 miles on some of those lunch trips. We get back and feel so much better. In dealing with the hustle and bustle of life, remember to make time for yourself -- take that tip from an old dude who has been around for a while. 😉
I finding riding and and training on my Honda to clear my head. I haven't don't much because real life stuff going on right now. I did get out this weekend and went to my bike.
Been in a riding rut lately as well. Living in a large metro area means a lot of traffic most times, a handful of decent riding routes if you don't want to ride far, and at least 1-2 hours to escape traffic and get to anywhere resembling scenic or enjoyable, and even then, what's nearby doesn't compare to what you have in your neck of the woods. Anyway, there's only so many times in a row I can ride the same roads before it loses its charm. And we all go through ups and downs in life. You don't owe us internet strangers a damned thing. Do what you enjoy, and when making YT videos stops being enjoyable, a simple goodbye is more than what we deserve.
@@TonyN491 Hell yeah man, I really appreciate these wise kind words. I agree, I want to keep finding places to explore, but it’s hard to do in the winter when it’s cold out to begin with. But I’m still really enjoying it, even if it can get repetitive. Ride safe!
Happens to all of us.

@@andykober2283 For sure, I really appreciate it! Great points, it’s a great habit to get into riding on a regular basis.

@@ComputerChickProductions yeah, I totally agree. I’m reminded how much it helps me relax when I do get a chance to go out and ride.
