@Arthur King I know it's been 1 months since you made this comment but, you should finish the driving school lessons which is a bit hard. Also the story wont make sense if you only started the Driving school after the end of the line mission.
@Arthur King after finishing it you can unlock wang cars and get more missions. After the first mission that you just only unlocked you'll unlock the garage and the vehicle export.
