Museveni brought all Ugandans back from exile, and today Uganda is hosting refugees from Eritrea, Ethiopia, Somalia, Congo, Burundi etc. M7 brought the Kabaka back, restored the kingdoms. Enmity between religions and tribes ended. Uganda was like Sudan or Somalia, but today it is a respected country. People are working and developing. Many are still poor but there is progress. Museveni saved Uganda. God bless Museveni. Now he is an old man and soon he will finish his work. We pray that God will raise other leaders who are as focused and honest as him to take over. If you don't know where Uganda came from then you will never know where to take it in the future. Thank you

That is an African problem, not a Ugandan one, and the reasons are complex and historical. The reason is not that Museveni "destroyed industries" because he definitely did not find any industries here at all. The Ugandan economy was destroyed by Amin after he expelled the Indians in 1972. Museveni found here nothing completely, we could not even produce a bar of soap, or a kilo of sugar, or a liter of milk, or a bottle of soda. NOTHING! NO INDUSTRIES AT ALL! In 1986 we were importing EVERYTHING from Kenya. Uganda has progressed a lot but we still have big challenges and many Ugandans are suffering. But the solution is not to lie and misrepresent facts. You may hate Museveni but telling lies will not get you out of those Arab countries.
