Her confidence, accuracy & control in this tournament is a sign that Ostapenko is aware & hv accepted that she's a slam champion. That's how a champion should be & should play.
I really enjoy this match, but it's so sad to read those hateful and ridiculous comments about Kumkhum! I don't get it why people talk so bad about her identity, anyway she is a great and fair player! ✌
if she improves her attitude a little bit, she will gain much more fans. I mean you can still that bitch, but you should try to shake your opponent hands respectfully.
@@KT-lj2st When has Jelena not shaken an opponents hand respectfully, she usually has a warm smile? She strikes me as a little tiger but much nicer than Halep, Serena and others
Let's see how Ostapenko handles 2018. To me she can win more slams if she can control more and make less errors and improve her second serve. It seem she really struggle against defensive and counter punchers but love against hard hitters.

Brilliant match from both. I'd love to see more from KumKum!
Yes, Jelena is my favorite but KumKum hits the ball very nicely, sometimes coming up in the air, fun to watch her.
Looks like it was a helluva match
OMG Kumkhum was played so good!
As a person who watched the whole live, Ostapenko dramatically reverse win.

I honestly start to warm up with Jelena. Still dislike her personality but there is something special about her play.
Ryan Molly same. But i'm still enjoying more her losing than winning 😂
I think the same

OHHHHHHHHHHHHH! What UNBELIEVABLE bad commenting!!!! Really, WTA, is this the best you can do?
What about the highlights from Bia Haddad Maia's match?
5:08 Ostapenko should have applauded that shot.
