Are you thinking this was the actual audio? Because it wasn't. When it was recorded for the movie they could have had music playing softly or metronome beats in the proper tempo in the environment and edited it out later and changed in clean tracks from mics as well as the clean music track. They would have needed to do that in order for the music to sync perfectly without a lot of digital editing that could get messy.
