no they got rid of the old design, there was no trapdoor or tube. it was simply a slide that went straight down, no trapdoor, no protection
It is quite hard to accept that life goes on. Jumeirah Sceirah will be missed... Can't wait to hear of the new slide!

I did this for the first time when I was 5 :( I can't believe its gone! Whatever replaces it better be good

The slide wasn't broken. Technology has developed there are just so many other new things out there to bring more fun!
