you can toggle between calls by simply hitting the red button for the call on hold. That will place the active call on hold and activate the call that was on hold. makes it a lot easier to toggle between calls than the navigate method.
This seems confusing. If you say have 3 calls parked, how do others in the office know who is parked in what spot??? Doe the parks spot show the incoming number or something? Or does the receptionist just have to write down or memorize who is in what park spot? And on your display, you can't even see the PARK button spot in your example. This seems a little messy to me.

I was curious how to park the next person. Sometimes I have three coming in at within the same moment I am on with first person, but first person will say absolutely not! You cannot put me on hold. This is an urgent care with one receptionist. So the secretaries registering pts get angry since they have to pick up the phone. Our phone only lights up black and grey..no colors. Is there a way to park the next person without the first one knowing? Need help..management is unhelpful..I was told I am allowed to park from 701 to 707 and it unlikely someone will end up answering it

All these incoming calls were anonymous calls right? Or they were pre-configured at those lines on your phone ?
