This episode was a blast to record, big shoutout to Travis! What are you most excited about with Oregon's move to the Big Ten?
Excited to continue the wins against Ohio and Michigan.
FEBU
I’m really excited for the Big Ten Network
At the moment.... Ohio State coming to Autzen in October! 😎🦆🏈
ScoopDuck Torres is on another level!!!
We're on the rise!!! Thanks for tuning in!
Yes, make Travis a weekly guest! Refreshing and agree with him that there's no need to "pump the brakes" regarding this team. The DL will be much better than last year. No shade on them but they produced a 4th round pick and 3 UDFAs. This line is much more talented. Every unit on d is more talented. Top 5 defense and a deep playoff run is what Lanning and co has put together.
Iam very excited for this season. For football and men's and women's basketball teams. They have both reloaded. Ready to see how things go.glad your back with this show. Do you think we should start expecting to be in the top six in the recruiting polls every year. Or is this just for now.
Travis made us wait a week for Harmon!
The biggest concern is obviously O-line. Name your favorite backup along the position group
🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆
Humidity works both ways, eastern humid cold just hits differently (chill to the bone).
Really? The argument was humidity? 20-year-olds... In peak physical condition... Focusing on diet strength and cardio.... I'm not going to be able to handle a little humidity? 😜😁
Why is everyone worries about the O-line?? They bring back 3 starters two of which are tackles. Bedford is a 3 year maybe 4 year starter in Big10, Pancho is a beast, and we have two top transfers in silva and strothers as backups, Dave luli as backup Rodgers as back up, Mccroy as back up like come on
So iam 57 and a huge duck fan when you live in Oregon it's either ducks or beavers . So it's always been the ducks and I don't think I have ever seen the depth they have and the strength.
Hey! No Jaylon Redd slander, he would’ve been a 5 Star if he was at least 6 foot lol and maybe wouldn’t have came to Oregon. And you should drop the weekly show on your channel.
I wasn't trying to slander him at all! He was a great player for the Ducks. Just a new era!
@@ScoopDuckOn3 naw I know u come from a good place. But dang was he short lol
My biggest concerns:
OL depth/Interior OL: If we have any injuries happen on the O line, I feel like there is a big drop off. Also worried how Poncho and the guards are going to handle teams like Michigan and OSU on the D line. I think they could be a little overmatched against guys like Kenneth Graham.
LB’s: Being in the B1G, the linebackers will have to step up their play against the run. Bassa is solid, Jacobs was pretty good last year, but physical teams like Washington pretty much ran at will against Oregon last year. Hopefully the improved D Line will help that. And beyond Bassa and Jacobs, are we confident in any of the other guys to step up and contribute? Idk.
I also think there will be a drop off in QB play. People really underestimate how good Nix actually was last year. 45 TDs 3 INTs. Never turned the ball over. Extremely accurate. He was also in his second year at Oregon in a similar system both years and had a good rapport with Troy/Ferg/JPJ/Tez. Gabriel should be solid though.
Only time that happened was in the PAC12 championship game... Oregon won the line on both sides of the ball up in Seattle... Oregon played the bad game... Especially the first half.
Injuries are always a concern.... Would have been a concern for his last year as well. We have one of the best build lines in the Big ten.. and it is not even close.
Dylan doesn't have to be Bo good... For the ducks to hum on offense. It can be last year good but he has significantly better weapon and better protection for lime..... So he'll look better than he did last year.
