I got a huuuuuuuge dose of nostalgia when I saw this was added in the update, it gave me the vibes of when I had just started Need for Speed Porsche Unleashed and had to race in the 50's races.
Need to drive this one, got all the cars of the update including the DBS but the Porsche really gives a fun vibe. Hope we get the 300SL Mercedes in the future.
The 356A Carrera 1500 GS/GT Speedster is actually a race car, with the 550 Spyder's engine. The 356A Speedster in Forza, as well as ALL of the 356A variants in Porsche Unleashed (Neither game has a Carrera variant of the A, though the latter has a Carrera variant of the B with the 2L) are road cars.
I'm really happy that this car is in GT. I wish they could add event for it, though, because right now is useless in GT League. Like some sort of one-make race event. But despite that it's great that after all those years I can finally jump into this classic.
I bought this car after watching the video, I had just saved up 20M to buy the Mark IV race car. I managed 190 mph so far with this great little car! (N200 on Route X) I'll be using it against group 2 cars next!
@@HSGAutomotive look up The Mighty Jingles on RUclips. He plays World of Tanks and you two sound a lot alike! If you just had his laugh, you could impersonate him. Anyways, awesome videos! I'm enjoying!
if you know the tracks well or you're willing to learn the tracks then hell yeah. the online races are a lot of fun you go from chaotic races on D ratings to serious stuff. but the 3 races currently only change every week, and if you create your own race or join one in the lobby you don't get credits only miles. I had some time and got ps plus for this game and it's tons of fun for me, this week I can beat people on the nurburgring. It takes pretty long to get ratings but to me the noob races are even more fun with people crashing and ramming each other. I grabbed a pole position in a qualifying by ramming off the competition after setting a good lap and laughed my ass off. Then I messed up the start (I still don't know how to do it right in low powered cars) and karma hit me because I also crashed and the guy I rammed off before won.

@@HashiriyaR32 That would explain the roll bar. Didn't know that this version of the 356 was a racing model but that just makes it even cooler for me.
