It's so refreshing to find reactors who feel so real and interested in what they are watching and not just in making reacts because views. Thank you for this. Your excitement in this reacting brought back the joy I felt watching stein's gate and finding out about operation skuld as well.
Finally, future Okabe's message. That whole scene is probably my favourite scene in all fiction, and one of the scenes the anime did better than the VN.
Gorgeous reaction, as always! I wanted to state a few things. About the second verse of the song, you should pay attention to the lyrics. You said that it would be fantastic that they changed it because they changed worldlines, and you were right. The first verse of the song literally spoils in a way all the past chapters of the series, and this second verse is basically the explanation of Okarin's feelings and the final plan (Operation Skuld). Almost everything is done in purpose in this show XD Glad you are loving it!
@@kyuujinreacts The first verse is Okabe Rintarou fighting to change the world line in order to save Mayuri, and the second verse is Hououin Kyouma deciding to try to re-challenge converge of the attractor field in order to save Kurisu and stop WWIII.
@Kaylakaze - I tried to find it again, but I'm starting to think i mixed the statement part up with something else. In regards to debate about the canonicity of the film, i couldn't find anyone who speculates theories on the show debating for the movie to be canon. The film specifically breaks the only one worldline rule that was consistently enforced in the entire VN and anime series. The movie tries to show different worldlines happening in parallel. Another rule is that the time leap machine can only do up to 48hrs without causing brain damage, movie just threw that out bcuz of convivence. 0's only time in stating that the characters have the rules wrong ison the topic of paradoxes. Alpha Suzuha was more informed about the time travel rules then beta. anyway, the VN and anime are in the same canon, the vn just gets priority when not consistent. That's how anime adaptations of games are treated in general.
The past when I saw Chris who had fallen. Because of that event, there were three weeks after that Change the result without changing the past Climax ^^
I think it's quite obvious but am gonna tell this lol, remember that there was a man scream in the 1st ep when kurise was stabbed that was his scream only
This anime taught me that wearing labcoats is a legit fashion choice. Can't wait until we go to Steins;Gate Zero and see the depression. XD P.S. Don't you think it's strange that the current world line didn't change when he read the video d-mail? Because one of the established rules of the Steins;Gate universe provides that every time someone sends a D-mail that has a chance to decisively change the past, the world line changes and we see those convergence numbers on the screen. Yet there's none of that here. Can't wait until you see the implied explanation of that in Steins;Gate Zero. EDIT: The "kyouki no Mado Scientisto"-part is kinda weird. Because kyouki means crazy or mad, so the full statement would be, "I am the Mad Mad Scientist, Hououin Kyouma!" It's a double adjective.
I think the logic was kind of messed up like kurise died in just 30 seconds after being stabbed and okabe not only did stab himself but he also used his finger to the wound and let out more blood and still survived
True...but I've heard of both cases happening, so his resolve aside, it could've been a question of where they got stabbed. (A little too much to the right or left and okabe could've died too I guess D:)
I, a mad scientist figured out Steins;Gate 0 okabe told our okabe to trick himself this always confused me “do we start in Steins Gate or not “ the Answer is no He tricks himself to believe ‘Christina’ is dead the 1-22 happen but when he travels back he ends himself in Steins Gate not beta world line because kurisu is not dead. But still went on his adventure
Fun fact - the epic song that plays at the end of this episode is actually the visual novel's opening song!
The chills when that song plays are indescribable.
The opening did change. It's the second half of the song.

I have seen so many reactions to this episode and this is easily the best one.
Thank you!! X3

Thank you n.n I did pay a little bit of attention to the lyrics in the last episode and that's when I noticed how relevant to the plot they were xD

Heads up, episode 25 (the ova) and the movie are non-canon. 0 is canon but requires you to watch episode 23 beta first.
True. Good comment.
Facts!
@Kaylakaze - no the VN authors specifically stated they weren't canon and the movie contradicts alot of preestablished rules

As a first time watcher, it might be best to have them watch 25 just to experience steins gate (original) how it was and then 23B and steins gate 0
never noticed the op changing LOL good catch
I was waiting for that ending scene ever since you started the reaction lol.

and opening said "Don't pretend that the many glorious days and promises you made to your friends never happened."
