As a person of Indian origin living in Europe let me add my 2c. It is extremely annoying how European politicians go to countries like India and mislead everyone about Europe being the land of opportunities and a Mecca for job seekers, when the reality is the opposite. Most European economies are heading towards recession and the outlook is bleak. European nationals are finding it difficult to get jobs in their own countries, so no points for guessing how easy it is going to be for Indians and other non EU nationalities to get employed here. Please stop misleading people.
These all are gimmicks and stunts by European countries to promote tourism and earn money. People from Asean countries will go to Europe searching for jobs, will spend 6 to 12 months, then return back empty handed. No job and all the hard earned money lost. This money goes to strengthen europes economy. It's a twisted way to attract tourists.
what you describe doesn't seem very different than the present procedure for foreign workers who have job offers in france previously. This seems to be a marketing stunt by the government to attract foreign talent. But, the procedure to get there doesn't change much.
